The gearbox is protected with an internal slip clutch has a solid output shaft for accurate starting and drilling of holes. It is designed to be used with any 3” or larger column core drill machines and matching SB-400-15 Switch box. It is well suited for drilling holes between 3” and 20” diameter.

The CD-C500-7.5MS is a medium RPM 4 speed Cardi Gearbox powered by a 7½ HP/400HZ water cooled motor, designed for rapid drilling with our new generation of diamond bits designed to cut both concrete and reinforcing steel at high RPM without becoming dull. The RPM range of this core drill unit has a 3:3 spread and its output speeds are approximately 400, 650, 950 and 1,450. The gearbox is protected by an internal slip clutch and has a solid output shaft for accurate starting and drilling of holes. It is designed to work on any core drill machine with 3” or larger columns and matching SB-400-25 Switch box. It is best suited for drilling holes between 1” and 12” diameter.

The CD-C500-10HS is a 4 speed Cardi Gearbox powered by a 10 HP/400HZ water cooled motor and is designed for high speed drilling of small holes. It is especially beneficial when using our new generation of high RPM core bits that cut steel without becoming dull. The RPM range for this drill unit has a 3:3 spread and it’s output speeds are approximately 800, 1300, 1900 and 2900 RPM. The gearbox is protected with an internal slip clutch and has a solid output shaft for accurate starting and drilling of holes. It is designed to be used with any 2½” or 3” size column core drill stand and SB-400-35 Switch box. It is best suited for drilling holes between ¼” and 6” diameter. |

The CD-C800 is a 4 speed Cardi high torque gearbox that is very good for drilling deep or large holes up to 30” diameter. It will accept most 400 HZ motors with a 3½” X 3½” flange mount and ⅝” spline coupler (AN2001). It has approximately a 3.7:1 ratio between low & high gear. It is super strong, light weight and is well liked by drillers. |

It will accept most 400 HZ motors with a 3½” X 3½” flange mount and 5/8" spline coupler drive (AN2001). It has approximately a 3.7:1 ratio between low and high gear. It is very strong and very well liked by core drillers. |
